Hex Head Composite Panel Screws with EPDM Washers for Heavy Gauge Steel

Hex head self-drilling composite panel screws screws with EPDM Watertight Washers designed for fixing into heavy-gauge steel sections 4.5–12.0mm thick, without the need for a pilot hole.

All Hex Head Tek screws are supplied in a 5.5/6.3mm gauge and packaged in boxes of 100 or 50 depending on the length. Composite panel screws have a dual-diameter design. The upper portion (of the shank) is 6.3mm, while the lower, finer threaded part is 5.5mm, allowing it to grip the steel substrate effectively after the self-drilling point creates the pilot hole.

A durable exterior plating provides reliable corrosion resistance, tested to 500 hours salt-spray performance.
